Return and Refund Policy
We want every Lyric & Stone book to be a hit. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
What can be returned
- Books and box sets that are unused and in their original condition.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date you received the item.
- Gift cards are final sale and can't be returned.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@lyricandstone.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item(s) to.
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back. Please don't send returns without contacting us first.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@lyricandstone.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll make it right.
